Thai Beef Curry

A simple Thai recipe for Beef Curry. Whip this up and serve with jasmine or basmati rice.


  • 650 grams of beef, sliced
  • 50 grams of red curry paste
  • 300 ml of coconut milk
  • 1 large tomato, cut into wedges
  • 1/2 of zucchini, sliced
  • 1 potato, sliced
  • lemon and basil leaves for garnish


  • Pour 150 ml of coconut milk into wok, add red curry paste, bring to boil, cook till oil appears on the surface.
  • Add beef, mix well, reduce heat, simmer 20 minutes.
  • Add remaining coconut milk, bring to boil and add vegetables. Keep simmering till vegetables are cooked.
  • Serve with jasmine rice, garnished with lemon and basil leaves.
