Biltong Salad with Sweet Figs and Blue Cheese
Recipe for a quick and easy Biltong Salad with figs, creamy blue cheese and balsamic vinaigrette. Makes a great entree.
- 2 punnets rocket leaves
- 8 preserved whole green figs
- 200 g very finely sliced (paper thin) beef biltong semi-dry
- 100 g or 125 g wedge of creamy blue cheese
